SCG can provide customized services, covering wafers, IC finished products, equipment and cold DG chemicals, and provides comprehensive and refined service experience for industry customers.

Resources Integration

SCG has set up operation centers in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Shanghai and Chengdu, has more than 100 company-owned vehicles, including 50+ Shenzhen-Hong Kong cross-border vehicles, 50+ local distribution vehicles, and temperature-controlled vehicles with transportation permit of DG chemicals. SCG has more than 20,000 square meters of warehouses (temperature-controlled/transit), in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai, etc.

Customs Clearance

Professional teams, efficient and precise services

SCG has a 36-member customs clearance team as of Sept. 2024, which covers the checkpoints between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, SZX Airport, PVG Airport, and Chengdu bonded area. The team is divided into an import team, an export team, a documentation team, and an integrated regional clearance manifest team. Through the intelligent ERP system, we can promptly and accurately handle customs declaration and inspection to enhance the efficiency of customers with a monthly handling capacity of more than 11,000 orders.

海关查验流程

A. 准备报关单/箱单发票/核注清单（金二）/不开真空包装的情况说明等文件
B. 报关员提前将中控单据及货物找出，等待海关查验
C. 查验过程中，官员可能会要求开真空，如货物是真空包装需确认是否可以开；如不可以，提前准备A点中的情况说明（盖公章），报关员可尝试跟海关沟通不要开真空，但实际情况以海关要求为准
D. 及时跟进查验情况并反馈
E. 查验完毕，报关员及时封箱并贴上“口岸查验”标签，反馈开箱件数/外箱标签/是否开真空等信息

有纸箱需要随货过港，需要报关吗？

所有进出境货物/包材都需要正规报关。

有纸箱随货给到客户需要如何报关？

A. 确认外箱是否有品牌，品牌是否有备案，如有备案需要授权。
B. 免费随货给到客户，可报其他进出口免费，属于赠送，按照实际的货值件数重量如实申报，单独一票申报。

报关单报关金额会有上限吗？

报关金额没有明确规定上限，但是一票报关单最多申报50项，超过50项的需要拆分报关。

A. 跟调度确认当天最晚可走的航班，按照提前4小时截单时间来确认
B. 如当天最晚航班为22：00点，我们要在18：00前把货交到机场货站，以此推算提货时间
